Mr. Václav Břížďala started out as a handyman at the Beroun manufacturing plant in the Czech Republic in 1967 and has been with the company ever since. Today, his thorough experience with the production process and strong dedication make him a highly valued Cembrit foreman. Vaclav lives close to the Beroun plant and has gotten up at 4 AM every morning for 44 years without ever using an alarm clock. He arrives on his moped at 4.45 like clockwork – ready to solve any imaginable problem and pass on his considerable knowledge.
