 Mr René Gjerding has taken up the CFO position in Cembrit Holding A/S as from 1 February 2010.
René is 38 years old and comes from a partner position in the auditing and consulting company PricewaterhouseCoopers. René holds a MSc in management accounting and controls, and is a State-Authorised Public Accountant. Furthermore, René is at the moment finalising his MBA study with examination this summer. For the last eight years, René has been working as a consultant providing advisory services to international and Danish companies in areas such as business analysis, restructuring and M&A.
