The recipe
Cement the main ingredient of cement is a mixture of burnt limestone and clay that can set and harden when exposed to water.
PVA Engineered PVA (polyvinyl alcohol) fibres are used for reinforcement and increase product strength, durability and flexibility.
Cellulose Wood fibres contribute to product reinforcement and flexibility, but are primarily used to optimise the Hatschek process.
Filler Filler is the common name for mainly passive (i.e. non-binding) material that can increase process ability or add desired properties. Examples are limestone, silica fume and recycled fibre cement.
Water Just add water to get the process started.
