Accurate planning with Cembrit – update of BIM objects for all facade boards

Cembrit has launched new updated digital BIM objects (Building Information Modelling) for all large-format fibre cement boards. The update includes Cembrit Cover, Cembrit Solid, Cembrit Transparent & Cembrit Patina boards and are available on www.bimobject.com and www.cembrit.com.

The format, thickness and above alle, the different surface textures of Cembrit's facade boards can now be read into 3D CAD drawings and virtual building models.

By publishing the BIM objects on the cloud-based solution bimobject.com, Cembrit is able to continuously update and add information to the objects, ensuring that everything from geometry to environmental data and energy ratings stay updated and accurate. Cembrit BIM objects can be downloaded from the website or directly from the Revit programme. BIMobject® is one of the most requested portals for all BIM users within the construction industry.
