After nearly 35 years without home subdivisions begins a new city of cottages in Norddjurs now to stand. A total of 72 hectares, the next few years built on, and the first houses paints a picture of the future cottage that is markedly different from what we know today. Many of the new houses built on stilts in up to eight meters high and wrapped in sheets of fiber cement to exempt owners from maintenance.
